Please note that credit card payments for DAW Curacao BV are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as BLUEBAYDIVE on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Prices: All prices are in American Dollars and includes sales tax.
Credit Cards: Blue Bay Dive & Watersports (DAW Curacao BV) accepts Visa & Mastercard or debit cards.
Tip: Tip is not included in the price, so if you enjoyed the trip/dive make sure you show your appreciation by leaving a tip.
Cancellations Policy: When cancellations or changes are made by the customer, costs might be charged by the tour operator. Tour cancellation within 24 hours will be fully charged. Please note that tours could be canceled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the down payment will be refunded by Blue Bay Dive & Watersports.
Refund policy: All our trips & Dives are non-refundable. Only management has that ability to make an exception, only in critical circumstances of a proven medical type emergency.
In the unlikely event of bad weather, technical problems or any circumstance on behalf of Blue Bay Dive & Watersports (DAW Curacao BV) Charters that your trip/dive would be canceled, you will receive a full refund. The Captain/divemaster/instructor has the right to cancel any dive/trips due to weather conditions.
Reconfirmation: It is not necessary to re-confirm your reservations. Once you have paid in full you will receive the ticket for your seat on our boat/dive. That will guarantee your seat for the trip you have chosen.
Liability: Blue Bay Dive & Watersports is not liable for any incidents during the tour.
Divers: The safety of our divers is very important to us. We ask the divers to arrive on time (Check-in time) to begin the paperwork and to grab all the gear that is needed for their dive. Every diver needs to be able to show their certification card, each diver must hold an Open water certification or higher for (guided) dive trips. If you do not have a buddy, we can provide you with one. Please be aware of the PADI Medical Questionnaire for Introduction dives & courses.
